Comcast Trouble - (Blogspot seems the best to log troubles)

Jerry!! Jerry!! Watching on a new channel, IMAGINATION.
So once again, our Comcast Business Class is down. This time the video. The quality of service is horrible. We've been having trouble with Comcast from the beginning. The most important fact about the situation, WE ARE UNDER CONTRACT. Early termination fees apply. So just to document, I'm going to start logging and bloggin' my troubles with Comcast. We should be allowed out of the contract due to inferior service. We do have Internet, Voice, and TV.

Oh yeah, the only way to watch t.v.
I wouldn't recommend Comcast Business Class. Phone is unreliable at times. This has caused us problems with Credit Card transactions depending on the phone line. (I have proof of this problem).

Comcast, well, I think their slogan should be... "You have no other choice, so who cares if we suck."

Here's why I think our service is so bad.
1. there's no competitor to drive quality and excellence.
2. we are already under contract, so why spend the resources to make sure our service is working right.
3. they probably won't do anything about it, so just let them be

Well, the least I can do is document to the fullest exent each time our service goes down.

Oh BTW, our Comcast Voice was out Saturday, July 27th, 2011.  Called customer service, CLOSED on Saturdays.  But our business was open.

My suggestion, do not get Comcast if you're seeking true reliability, especially with voice.

receipt of 7.27.11 service call..."SETUP LINE CALL" means further service required

Oh yeah, if Comcast were so great, I wouldn't be posting this.  I wouldn't be calling technical support filling out support tickets.  I would be watching television (this time instead of using our neighbors credit card terminal next time because our phone will be out instead).  Watching tv instead of blogging on 'how bad Comcast sucks'.   Well duh, and obviously.  Jeesh.
